Hours: 9 am-12 pm
Our hands-on projects offer an introduction to the fundamentals of design. Students work on age-appropriate projects and learn how to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to design just about anything they can imagine. They learn how to:
Use building blocks to create any shape
Move, rotate and adjust shapes freely in space
Group together a set of shapes to create models
print 3-D objects.
Hours: 9 am-4 pm
This camp is packed with fun! Students get introduced to some of the fastest growing STEM fields: 3D Printing, Coding, and Drones. Campers learn how to design in 3 dimensions using CAD software. They learn how 3d printers work and use them to bring their designs to life. Students are introduced to age-appropriate coding software and use flight-sim-ware for practicing before going "live." They then move into actual drone flight planning software to play fun games and accomplish missions.
